IFC building models, the open BIM exchange format: read a file or start a project, add storeys,
walls with their openings, doors, windows, slabs, roofs, columns, beams and members, materials,
properties and quantities, and write the model back out as an IFC file. A model lives in the IFC
worker and is passed around as a reference; every change returns a new one. Its geometry can be
built as OpenCascade shapes, as an assembly document or straight into a STEP file. Experimental.
